NeuroFuel March Wellness Challenge Official Rules: The NeuroFuel March Wellness Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored by NeuroFuel (“Sponsor”) and runs from March 17, 2026 through April 6, 2026 (“Challenge Period”). The Challenge is open only to individuals whose NeuroFuel account has the role of “Athlete” and who are part of an active NeuroFuel team subscription at the time of participation. Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes. Eligible participants may participate by completing the Daily Check-In feature within the NeuroFuel mobile application during the Challenge Period. Completing one Daily Check-In on each day from March 17 through April 6 counts as completing the 21 consecutive day challenge. Participants who complete at least fourteen (14) Daily Check-Ins during the Challenge Period will receive one entry into the prize drawing and may earn up to two additional entries as follows: one additional entry for completing the official Challenge survey by April 7, 2026 and one additional entry for posting a screenshot or photo of themselves completing the Daily Check-In or using the NeuroFuel application on Instagram and tagging @neurofuelmt; screenshots showing the participant’s streak are preferred but not required. A participant may receive a maximum of three entries. Three prizes will be awarded consisting of one Gold Prize (Apple AirPods Max), one Silver Prize (Apple AirPods Pro, 3rd Generation), and one Bronze Prize (Beats Pill Wireless Speaker). Prizes are subject to change based on availability and other circumstances outside of Sponsor’s control. Participants who complete twenty-one (21) consecutive Daily Check-Ins will be placed into a priority drawing group and the Gold, Silver, and Bronze prizes will first be drawn from this group using the total number of entries each participant earned. If three or more participants complete twenty-one consecutive Daily Check-Ins, the Gold, Silver, and Bronze prizes will be determined by random drawing among those participants. If two participants complete twenty-one consecutive Daily Check-Ins, those participants will receive the Gold and Silver prizes with the order determined by random drawing between them. If one participant completes twenty-one consecutive Daily Check-Ins, that participant will automatically receive the Gold Prize. If fewer than three participants complete the twenty-one day challenge, any remaining prize or prizes will be drawn from participants who completed at least fourteen (14) Daily Check-Ins during the Challenge Period using their earned entries. Once a participant wins a prize, that participant and all of their entries will be removed from any remaining drawings and each participant may win only one prize. Sponsor will conduct the drawings using a fair and impartial random method. Potential winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their NeuroFuel account and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a shipping address in order to receive the prize. By participating, participants agree to comply with these rules and release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or related to participation in the Challenge or the acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the Challenge and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the participation process or violates these rules. This Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and participants understand they are providing information to NeuroFuel and not to Instagram. The Challenge and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor operates.
